Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, maintain facilities, control budgets, implement safety protocols, and build community relations to attract new members. Strong leadership and accountability are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with proven success.
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development.
• Ability to lead with a service-focused culture and strong communication skills.
• Certification in CPR/AED within 30 days of hire and ongoing.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire or related degree may satisfy requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive membership sales, fitness revenue, and other income streams.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide coaching and leadership, setting clear objectives and accountability.
• Foster welcoming, community-focused member relationships to boost engagement.
• Oversee club operations, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure quality.
