The role requires developing staff, building community relationships, and achieving membership growth, total revenue, and customer satisfaction while managing payroll and inventory within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and develop staff including Assistant Manager and frontline employees.
• Support peers to foster growth and teamwork across the market.
• Ensure timely, respectful handling of club and online issues.
• Maintain a clean, friendly environment for members and staff.
• Train staff on PFHQ Ignite initiatives and member enrollment.
• Drive club revenue growth through membership, EFT, and retail.
• Lead field marketing and corporate sales efforts in the community.
• Track key operational metrics and maintain policy compliance.
