Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership sales efforts through prospecting, tours, referrals and community outreach.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates, Personal Trainers, and leadership team members.
• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Drive operating efficiency through labor scheduling, payroll control, and cost management.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and company goals.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales, service, and operational standards.
