Planet Fitness in Fairfield, CT is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume club, drive membership growth, and boost total revenue while delivering outstanding member and staff experiences.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage payroll and budgets, and forge community partnerships to grow membership and EFT. This role requires a results-oriented leader who values service and brand excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Career path showing increasing levels of responsibility and proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of management preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, lead, manage, train, and develop staff including Assistant Manager and front desk team.
• Support other GMs to foster growth and teamwork.
• Ensure issues with employees and members are addressed promptly and respectfully.
• Promote a superior member and club experience with a clean, friendly environment.
• Ensure staff are trained on Ignite Fitness & PFHQ initiatives and enrollment of new members.
• Drive club revenue growth and profitability through membership, EFT per member, and retail sales.
• Lead field marketing and corporate sales efforts in communities served.
• Set and track performance metrics to maintain high club performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, inventory, and confidentiality.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling within budget and staffing needs.
• Administer brand standard reviews and daily cleanliness and SOPs.
• Undertake additional duties within scope and implement new initiatives.
