Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in retail or similar setting.
• Fitness industry experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt customer service with accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Handle payments and provide correct change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies clearly.
