Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly.
• Provide telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver fast, accurate service in a busy retail setting.
• Handle payments, make change, and issue receipts.
• Promote promotions and benefits to customers.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies clearly.
