Job summary

Gold's Gym Highland in Austin, Texas, seeks a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members, manage check-ins, and support front-desk operations. You will assist with member requests and registrations, direct guests to trainers, and process retail and concession sales.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and CRM systems. You may work flexible hours including holidays and weekends, contributing to a safe, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to proficiently use POS and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and direct them as they enter the gym.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor check-ins.
• Assist with member requests, inquiries about policies, and administrative duties.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain inventory.
• Assist with membership sales, sign-ups, and scheduling of complimentary training sessions.
• Answer phone calls professionally and take messages for management.
• Maintain a neat front desk appearance and follow safety and attendance policies.
• Assist with class check-ins via app and coordinate with trainers as needed.
