Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members, guests, and staff as they enter the club and manage front door access, helping create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experience.

In this role you will assist with member inquiries, process check-ins, support membership sign-ups, and coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth operations and responsive service throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly at the front desk and direct them as they arrive.
• Provide security and access control for the front door and retail area.
• Check members in using standard procedures and assist with guest registrations.
• Assist with member inquiries, gym operations questions, and policy information.
• Support membership sales at kiosks or computer terminals and sign up new members.
