Gold's Gym - Cascade Fitness, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Richland, WA to welcome members, direct guests, and lead the front desk team while delivering excellent customer service.

The role supports operations, enforces policies, and models our values and culture with a Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM schedule. Strong communication and CRM skills are required; leadership potential is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Leadership experience or potential to lead a team.
• Knowledge of gym operations and membership processes is a plus.

Mansioni

• Welcomes members and guests; manages front door and retail security; verifies check-ins.
• Handles delinquent accounts and directs guests efficiently.
• Conducts tours; assists with memberships; answers calls; addresses member needs promptly.
• Maintains front desk appearance; manages retail, drinks, juice bar, and supplement sales.
• Completes shift walk-throughs; follows procedures; logs issues; reports incidents; adheres to attendance policies.
