Gold's Gym in Kirkland, WA is seeking a part-time Service Motivator to greet members, manage check-ins, and drive positive guest experiences. You will lead tours, promote memberships and training services, and help guests choose options that fit their goals. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Open shifts begin as early as 4:35am, with a mix of weekdays and some weekends. This role requires CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.

Formación

• Friendly, positive, and genuinely motivated to help people.
• Comfortable talking with anyone, in person and by phone.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay composed during busy periods.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Available for early mornings, including some weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members by first name and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain front desk security with proper check-ins for all members and guests.
• Make each member and guest experience memorable.
• Answer phone calls and questions about the club and services.
• Lead tours and help guests choose the membership that fits their goals.
• Enroll new members and introduce personal training and other club services.
• Follow up with guests after their visits.
• Open the club on schedule and complete opening procedures.
• Process retail and membership transactions; assist with account questions.
• Log maintenance needs and report safety concerns to management.
• Support additional duties as needed.
