Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to club members and staff. You’ll handle membership sales, check-ins, and front desk operations while promoting programs like group fitness and tanning, ensuring a welcoming, grand-opening ready environment.

You are a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced club setting, greets members with enthusiasm, supports enrollment, and maintains a clean, inviting lobby.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with enthusiasm, executes Crunch SLA goals.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion and program standards.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures; handles alerts if needed.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicates special events to members and guests.
• Facilitates member requests or escalates to a manager.
• Maintains a professional, courteous disposition and a clean work area.
• Proficiently navigates front desk stations and supports opening/closing duties.
