Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service, handle front-desk check-ins, sales, and member promotions. You will greet members, drive retail sales, and support tanning and group fitness programs to meet targets in a high-energy club environment.

You’ll maintain a clean front desk, assist with enrollments, communicate events, and help keep the club ready for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with enthusiasm as part of the Crunch SLA.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH %, and CrunchOne Kickoff standards.
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicates special events to members and guests.
• Facilitates all member requests or forwards to a manager.
• Maintains a professional and courteous disposition.
• Is an expert in all club facility, services, programs and hours.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Able to navigate all stations of the front desk area and support tasks.
• Performs opening and closing checklist and duties.
