Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, process enrollments, and promote available club amenities. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, a welcoming front desk presence, and accurate processing of check-ins and guest interactions.

The position supports a fast-paced environment, requires verbal communication skills, and offers part-time or full-time hours with hourly pay and earnings potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.
• Effective communication and reading/writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm. Maintains member engagement per Crunch SLA.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Handles new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures and resolves check-in issues.
• Answers phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicates special events to members and guests.
• Facilitates member requests or forwards to a manager.
• Keeps a professional and courteous disposition.
• Is an expert in club facilities, services, programs and hours.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Navigates front desk stations including check-in and member services.
• Performs opening/closing duties as needed.
