Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to drive daily operations, membership growth, and team performance. You will work with the General Manager to foster an inclusive environment and deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced gym setting.

The role blends leadership with business development and operational excellence, requiring a passion for people and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field is a plus.
• Minimum age of 18.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and leading teams.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build the Dream Team: assist the General Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and training a diverse, high-performing staff.
• Drive the Business: oversee the membership sales process from inquiry to close and meet targets.
• Operational Excellence: manage staff scheduling, maintain a clean, safe club, and support payroll/reporting.
• Member Success & Retention: resolve member inquiries with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
