Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure high-quality member service. You will supervise staff, align with budgets, and uphold Crunch brand standards across programs and facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with CPR certification preferred. A four-year degree and management experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred.
• 4 years management experience required.
• Fitness management experience preferred.
• Current CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies pertaining to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Recruit and hire the highest possible caliber of staff.
• Achieve desired sales goals and revenue objectives.
• Lead personal training and departmental initiatives to drive member engagement.
