Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and elevate team performance. You will work with the General Manager to foster an inclusive environment and deliver world-class customer service in a high-impact leadership role.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage sales targets, and ensure smooth payroll and reporting while maintaining a safe, welcoming club culture in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus; minimum age 18.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• A documented history of achieving sales/performance goals and leading teams.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching of staff.
• Oversee membership sales from inquiry to close and monitor targets.
• Manage staff scheduling and maintain a clean, safe, and organized club.
• Lead in the General Manager’s absence and support payroll/reporting.
