Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and support a high-performing team. You will oversee service quality, staff development, and ensure a welcoming member experience across the club.

The AGM acts as the on-site leader in the absence of the General Manager, delivering results through strong leadership, accountability, and service excellence in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and provide verification.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and foster a welcoming, high-performing club culture.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet goals.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Oversee club operations in the GM's absence and manage daily performance.
• Drive membership growth and revenue through coaching and KPI focus.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance standards.
