Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for an in-person, full-time role. You will lead club operations, motivate staff, and drive membership and revenue growth in our club setting.

Key responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, coordinating with Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and IT, and resolving member concerns quickly and professionally. Experience in management and sales is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies for the club.
• Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs to generate new sales leads for membership growth.
• Achieve revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees.
• Coordinate with Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, IT functions.
• Support personnel-related problems following club procedures.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully per procedures.
