Planet Fitness is looking for a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a high-quality, Judgement Free experience while driving profitable club performance. You will lead a diverse team, train staff, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

The role emphasizes scheduling, payroll, sales targets, and adherence to PF values. Full-time schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests.
• Staff Management – schedule staff, coaching, and accountability.
• Handling front desk activities: answer phones, check membership, tours.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Manage marketing efforts and promotional activities; authorize expenditures and refunds.
• Prepare HR forms and coordinate with Corporate Payroll.
• Track statistics and prepare reports (weekly/monthly).
• Assist in forecasting annual sales goals and setting team objectives.
• Evaluate team performance and address underperformance with action plans.
• Drive daily, short-term, and long-term sales goals regionally.
