The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to excellent service and member satisfaction. Full-time hours include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preference for previous management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a welcoming, judgement-free member experience.
• Lead a team of staff including scheduling, training and development.
• Manage payroll processing and daily banking deposits.
• Coordinate front desk activities and member services.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance; address issues promptly.
• Support marketing efforts and promotions across the club.
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests and team members.
