Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a strong, Judgement Free Zone® member experience. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage payroll, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the club.

The role requires leading by example, training staff, and maintaining PF’s values while coordinating front desk duties and member services. This is a full-time position with a focus on exceptional service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests and staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure coverage.
• Lead by example and coach staff to meet PF values and goals.
• Oversee front desk activities: check-ins, tours, inquiries, and sign-ups.
• Ensure gym opening/closing efficiency and facility cleanliness.
