Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Circle Pines, MN is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and deliver a positive member experience while driving financial performance.

You will recruit, hire and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, ensure open/close, uphold company policies, coordinate onboarding, and maintain inventory and a welcoming, professional club image.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring high quality customer service.
• Front desk duties: greet members, gym tours, handle service questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym.
• Inform staff about current marketing promotions.
• Oversee onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
