The role emphasizes front-desk leadership, onboarding, and maintaining daily operations with a focus on customer care, staff development, and adherence to promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service.
• Front desk duties: greeting, gym tours, member questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing and staff coverage.
• Train staff on promotions and policies.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
