Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving financial success.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage front desk duties, and uphold brand standards. This role emphasizes leadership, service quality, and compliance with all policies as you support members and team members daily.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service.
• Front desk duties: greeting members, gym tours, member service issues.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coaching and counseling performance to meet standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Finish onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure the club is open and staffed during business hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
