Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure member service standards by overseeing team member interactions.
• Participate in front desk activities and resolve member service issues.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Ensure staff are trained on current marketing promotions.
