Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KSJC, a commutable role for someone based on the West Coast. The CAM will supervise personnel, coordinate training, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and related manuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum total time 3000 hours.
• PIC time 1500 hours.
• MEL 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC 500 hours.
• Turbojet time 500 hours.
• Instrument time 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and applicable manuals and regulations.
• Coordinate crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Develop scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approve and schedule PTO for assigned personnel.
• Maintain training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.
• Promote customer goodwill through high quality service and professional demeanor.
• Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation.
