Job summary

Solairus Aviation, based in California, seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KBUR. The role focuses on coordinating scheduling, training, and client liaison to ensure safe, efficient operations at our facility.

The CAM will supervise crew and maintenance personnel, manage budgets, and uphold Solairus' culture of service, safety, and integrity while coordinating with the Client Responsible Officer and reporting per the Operations Manual.

Qualifications

• Total time = 3000 hours.
• PIC = 1500 hours.
• MEL = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument Time = 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other manuals and regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the appropriate training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable, efficient aircraft scheduling.
• Reviews and approves PTO and communicates schedule changes to flight operations.
• Participates in interviews and personnel selection for the operation.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records for each crewmember.
• Ensures timely submission of training records, medicals and operational data.
