Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KAUS. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and compliance with FAA and Solairus policies to safely meet client travel needs.

You will supervise personnel, coordinate maintenance and training, and develop procedures with clients to promote reliable operations. NBAA CAM certification is preferred; relocation within 2 hours of KAUS is desirable.

Qualificações

• Total flight time 3,000+ hours with PIC time of 1,500+ hours.
• Experience in multiple facets of flight operations training.
• Leadership background with proven track record in aviation management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure policy and regs compliance.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft use.
• Reviews and approves PTO and communicates schedule changes to the flight coordinator.
• Participates in interviewing personnel and provides operational input to Client Responsible Officer.
• Maintains training currency records and ensures timely submission of records.
