Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KTEB airport in New Jersey. You will supervise crews, coordinate training, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining Solairus' standards of service, safety, and integrity.

The role requires extensive flight time, leadership experience, and the ability to work with clients and internal teams to promote reliable scheduling, budgeting, and operational excellence across accounts.

Qualifications

• Total flight time requirements across the account.
• PIC and MEL experience required for leadership roles.
• Turbojet and instrument time targets to support safety and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develop scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Review and approve PTO and flight schedule changes for all assigned personnel.
• Promote customer goodwill through high quality service and professional demeanor.
• Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
