ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.

This full-time program covers leadership, operations, and sales growth across the Gulf Coast Region to Tallahassee. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and annual increases to $110k, $120k, and $130k.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to develop rapport with store managers and district teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills required.
• Daily travel within the district is required.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates expectations to store management and develops the district team.
• Leads store managers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Fosters positive working environment and teamwork within the district.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve results.
• Oversees staffing and scheduling across the district.

• Remains compliant with policies, regulations, and district goals.
• Plans district weekly calls, trainings, and events.
