ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Royal Palm Beach Division serving Ft Myers, FL. Over 44 weeks you will gain hands-on experience to oversee multiple ALDI stores and work with store managers to drive sales, customer service, and staff development.

This full-time program offers a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and scheduled increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in subsequent years, along with comprehensive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store management to drive sales and high performance.
Recruit, train, and develop personnel; ensure proper staffing across districts.
Coach managers to meet customer service and safety standards.
Plan and conduct district operations calls and trainings.
