ALDI is seeking motivated individuals to join the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Gulf Coast region, covering Loxley to Tallahassee. The 44-week training prepares you to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth with strong customer service and team leadership.

The program includes comprehensive onboarding, hands-on experience, and continual development in operations, people leadership, and financial accountability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop rapport and manage diverse teams.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and develop district store management to drive sales and service.
• Guide staffing, training, coaching, and performance management across locations.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPI results and implement district-wide plans to reach targets.
