Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in West Palm Beach, FL. A 44-week intensive training prepares you to oversee multiple stores and lead store managers toward exceptional customer service and sales growth.

The role offers a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and staged increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in subsequent years. Domestic travel is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and trust with direct reports.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates expectations to store management and leads their teams to high performance.
• Leads and develops the store manager team to drive sales and engagement.
• Supports management in fostering a positive working environment for staff.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment and assignments across district locations.
• Monitors performance, coaches staff and resolves escalated issues.
