Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Lyons, IL is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales at the counter. This role requires friendly service, basic bowling knowledge, and the ability to operate the POS system.

Shifts include evenings and nights with weekend availability. The pay ranges from $15 to $16.50 per hour, plus benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.

Skills
