Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Transportation/PBX Supervisor role is to ensure exceptional guest and colleague experiences by coordinating transportation logistics, PBX communications, and shift leadership across daily operations.

You will oversee manifests, schedules, and vehicle assignments, coach colleagues, respond to guest concerns, and partner with leadership to uphold service standards in a welcoming wellness-focused resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, transportation, guest services, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with exemplary record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability must include weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. at one time.
• Experience coaching, training, and managing colleague performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Transportation and PBX teams.
• Manage transportation manifests, schedules, and vehicle assignments.
• Coordinate guest transportation requests and preferences to ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide coaching and training to colleagues during shifts.
• Ensure timely transportation services and effective service recovery.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate staffing, equipment, and operational needs to leadership.
• Support arrival/departure operations, including luggage handling.
