Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, handle luggage, and assist with transportation and guest requests. You will coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure smooth arrivals and a memorable stay.

The role emphasizes a strong guest-focus, physical stamina for luggage handling, and a willingness to work in a busy resort environment, including a 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift as noted in qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for helping guests and delivering a warm welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication and courtesy in fast-paced environments.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to walk and move around hotel grounds comfortably.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly and courteously.
• Handle, transport, and store luggage safely.
• Transport guest vehicles and related equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments for guest deliveries.
• Provide directions to local insights.
• Transport guests to local venues as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
