Canyon Ranch is a leader in destination wellness hospitality and invites you to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. As a Guest Services colleague, you will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and check-ins, and act as a resource for ranch amenities and local attractions.

You will safely operate shuttle vehicles, support event setups, and help maintain clean, safe spaces for guests. Growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting focused on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and valet services, and help with check-ins/outs.
• Be a knowledgeable resource for ranch amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles and manage guest vehicle logistics with records.
• Set up and break down areas for events, classes, and guest experiences, handling materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of public areas, spaces, and guest amenities; report issues promptly.
• Support operations by delivering linens, packages, mail, tracking inventory, and assisting with shipping.
