Limelight Hotels, a guest-focused brand, seeks a Guest Service Agent to drive guests to local locations and support front desk operations. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and clear communication while representing the Limelight experience in Mammoth Lakes.

The position includes assisting guests with directions, ensuring timely transport, and coordinating with hotel departments. Flexibility with shifts and a positive, proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of guest/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Transport guests to local locations as scheduled by Front Desk.
• Introduce guests to points of interest, restaurants, and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to Front Desk Manager.
• Assist in baggage handling and ski storage procedures.
• Support Front Desk and general hotel operations as needed.
