Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Aspen. The role drives guests to local locations, supports the front desk as needed, and reports to the Front Office Manager.

You will help ensure smooth guest experiences while representing the hotel in a courteous and professional manner. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and guest service experience.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check inside and out of vehicles for cleanliness and report issues as needed.
• Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures.
• Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms or other areas of the hotel expeditiously.
