Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests to local destinations, assist front desk operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Snowmass location. You will coordinate with Front Office Manager and other departments to welcome guests and convey information about local activities and amenities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, and some guest service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off guests at local locations as scheduled by Front Desk.
• Assist Front Desk and support daily hotel operations.
• Familiarize guests with local attractions and hotel facilities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform simple maintenance checks.
• Communicate itinerary changes to Front Desk and guests.
• Deliver messages/packages to guest rooms promptly.
• Assist in emergency procedures as directed by management.
