Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One seeks a Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests to local locations and assist the front desk with daily operations. You will be responsible for guest direction, safety, and timely service in a bustling hotel environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ years of age, and prior guest service experience is preferred. This is a regular full-time position with benefits in Aspen, CO.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain communications with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Assist Front Desk with baggage tagging, ski storage, and message delivery.
