Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Guest Service Agent to support front desk operations and shuttle guests to local locations. You will travel with guests to points of interest and assist with itineraries.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of guest service experience, a valid driver's license, and a customer‑focused approach. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to engage with diverse guests in a dynamic mountain hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and drop-off guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check cleanliness of vehicles and assist with maintenance as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages or items to guest rooms or other areas expeditiously.
• Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage with airlines and guest services desk.
