Job summary

Limelight Snowmass is seeking a Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests to local destinations and provide front desk support during the winter season. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and operates in a welcoming guest-facing capacity.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, coordinating with the Front Desk, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and safety in all operations, with a focus on excellent service during winter operations.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests.
• Know about all daily hotel functions, locations, and times for appropriate guest direction.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check inside and out of vehicles for cleanliness.
• Report problems with vehicles to Front Office Manager.
• Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures.
• Deliver messages, packages, or items to guest rooms or hotel areas promptly.
• Maintain high cleanliness in the Lobby and Luggage storeroom.
