Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Mammoth Lakes, CA to shuttle guests to local locations and support the front desk. You will be responsible for guiding guests, sharing local information, and coordinating with hotel departments to meet guest needs.

The role emphasizes safety, vehicle upkeep, and timely communication with the Front Desk. Prior guest service experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• One year of guest/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to local locations per Front Desk requests.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest and hotel facilities.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Assist with guest messaging and package delivery as needed.
