Job summary

Limelight Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests to local points of interest and assist the front desk as needed. You’ll help guests discover activities, coordinate itineraries and ensure smooth transportation operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a friendly, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work with a team. Seasonal full-time position with benefits is available at our Snowmass Village location.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to local locations per Front Desk requests.
• Inform guests about points of interest, restaurants and activities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues to Front Office Manager.
• Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures.
• Assist with guest messages, packages and deliveries.
• Monitor safety and drive safely in all conditions.
