Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Boulder to shuttle guests to local locations and assist the front desk in delivering exceptional service. You will be the friendly face guiding guests to attractions, dining, and hotel facilities.

The role reports to the Guest Services Manager and requires strong communication and safety awareness. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.80 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of guest/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to and from local locations as scheduled by Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, and activities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Assist guests with luggage and hotel directions.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
