Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival/departure processes.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Maintain ticket information, guest folios, and vehicle location records.
• Provide directions, taxi info, reservations, and local attractions.
