Job summary

Towne Towne is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality and parking services with a friendly, attentive approach. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. Weekend shifts are required; benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; understand instructions, memos and simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small groups.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time and rates.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, attentive hospitality and parking services to guests.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists with luggage as needed.
• Greets guests and uses professional phone etiquette.
• Explains parking procedures and maintains ticket information and revenue when required.
• Performs duties with accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
