Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information with courteous, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; Licensure: valid driver’s license; Location: within commuting distance.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer service and personal service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist with luggage delivery and pickup at arrivals/departures.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information when asked.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and claim checks.
