Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality for guests during arrival and departure, including parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting with luggage when applicable.

You will maintain a friendly, professional demeanor, greet guests, and provide information about local attractions and facility amenities. The role requires US local travel, adherence to safety practices, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients. Greet guests using last names and a professional tone.
• Practice Towne Park phone etiquette and provide welcoming service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticket information, keys, and revenue collection as needed.
